Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid (Fish Oil) Supplementation
Body require a saturated fat in nominal quantity as its excess intake is directly related to non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes etc. Unsaturated fatty are also of 2 types such as Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) and Polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA).
